Personally, there is so much to do whatever your hobbies and favorite pastimes are. We can’t wait to grow a family and see this small town build-up more and more. New construction and new companies, and local restaurants are flooding to the area and we love to see it. Whether you’re looking for great hiking spots, eat delicious food, shop, and more, this is the spot for you. With Fredericksburg right in the middle of Northern Virginia and Richmond, you are just an hour away from most fun day trips in the Virginia as well. Nothing beats the “the ‘burg”!
